My husband and I recently dealt with Chad on the phone and in person, he spent a great deal of time explaining how external chargers work and helped us to find 2 that would work as we needed to transfer over 18,000 photos off our cell phone. Chad was professional, extremely helpful and a reason we will continue to deal with Staples. He never once made us feel old and not tech savvy instead he guided us patiently and was kind. Thanks so much Chad, you’re the best!!

Very friendly, helpful tech service ! Please note the "spill" is actually a life- like demo of what could happen when a spill may happen on one's computer....had me fooled, too! Lol!

It’s Christmas time and everyone wants to print stuff. The elderly lady at the printing was SOO helpful and deserves a solid High five! Walk over to buy headphones and got to see that the whole team is great! Hope you all have a great holiday!

Sue at Penticton Staples provided the worst customer experience by far. Just after making payment on credit card the till froze. No receipt no payment she insisted. Even though the transaction ($200) was showing it went through on my phone. She was extremely rude and sarcastic, and wanting to be done with dealing with her, once the till rebooted I repurchased the items that I already owned so I can leave with the merchandise I needed. She acted as if it was my fault the till crashed, yet others working there said that it happens regularly.

What a FANTASTIC, HELPFUL group of people!!! When I couldn't get the website working to do an online print of some Christmas items, I went to the store for help. They came to my rescue and, since they also couldn't get the site to work, decided to print everything in store. Colleen did a beautiful job!! General Manager, Joseph Aschenmeier, told me he would mail the items to me at no charge since I live so far away and wouldn't be back to Penticton until spring. I highly recommend this store. The staff are amazing!!!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Cody Poitras' customer service. I entered the store, and, without hesitation, Cody approached me with a friendly greeting and asked if there was anything he could help me find. After personally walking me through the aisles to fetch my supplies, he opened up a register to ring me through, and completed my excellent shopping experience from start to finish! Hats off to Cody! Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days.

I feel very confident in my laptop purchase today! Thank you to Ethan, who helped me assess my needs and saved me hundreds of dollars off my original budget! I felt no pressure sales from this "spec master" - he took the time to discuss any and all options with me before I came to a decision =) 10/10
